A trademark is valid for 10 years. After that, you must renew it to keep it safe.
If you don't renew, you can lose your rights, and others may use your brand name or logo.
To renew:
- Apply before it expires.
- Pay the renewal fee.
You also get 6 extra months (a grace period) if you miss the deadline, but you'll need to pay a late fee.
Renewing your trademark keeps your brand protected and only yours.
